When will my order ship?

A:  Orders received are shipped the next BUSINESS Day. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.  The ship date is not included towards time in transit. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please enter a physical address for delivery of your package. Packages are shipped via Australia Post. Magnetic Shoe Co. is not responsible for any delays in packages due to circumstances beyond our control.  For example weather delays, missing/incorrect addresses entered on-line, etc.


Please contact us via email at if you are experiencing any issues relating to ordering of your product online. Please allow up to 10 days from ordering to receive your shipment.



Returns and Exchanges:

If the wrong size has been shipped to you please return shoes in their box in its original as new condition to Magnetic Shoe Co. 35 Rowan Lane, Merewether NSW 2291. We will send you your correct size once we have received the original size ordered in original condition.


If the wrong size has been ordered by purchaser, it will be at the purchases expense to ship the correct size once we have received the original order in its as new condition.


If you believe your shoes are faulty please contact us on email at We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer.  If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process.
